A joint venture between our two organizations was designed to provide an increased level of support and coverage for our manufacturers and customers alike.

This relationship allows both companies to leverage strengths within their core territories, while providing a platform for future growth. It also positions us well to best serve the utility entities emerging in our territories due to ongoing industry consolidations.

At the heart of this agreement is a sincere desire to increase the level of value-added services available to our principals through the use of e-commerce, proper staffing, superior product knowledge, and dedicated sales professionalism. In short, we will approach the marketplace in a manner consistent with today's dynamic and demanding utility environment.

The First Line Associates sales staff currently enjoys a preferred position with the electric utility and distributor accounts in the states of Delaware, eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington DC, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. This corporation offers manufacturers the benefits of established and respected sales coverage and a single administrative entity for the entire Northeastern U.S.
